CAST PP LOW SIT

Coextruded transparent CPP film with one side treated & other side engineered to have ultra low SIT broad sealing range & high hot tack strength. Cast Polypropylene (CPP) is an un-oriented film which means it is more resistant to impact and low temperatures. CPP has increased in popularity in many traditional flexible packaging applications replacing polyethylene because it has higher clarity and gloss, better heat resistance and lay flat.
The film properties can be customised to meet specific packaging, performance, and processing requirements. In general, CPP has higher tear and impact resistance, better cold temperature performance and heat-sealing properties.

Applications

When used in conjunction with a bopp face web recyclable all PP structures can be achieved. These laminate structures are increasingly being used to replace PET/PE which are not recyclable.
